Buddy Holly is a studio album by Buddy Holly. It was released by Coral Records on February 20, 1958. The album collects Holly's four hit singles released on the Coral label; "Words of Love", "Peggy Sue", "I'm Gonna Love You Too", and "Rave On!". The backing group was Buddy Holly's band, the Crickets. Some re-releases include the tracks from Holly's next single, "Early in the Morning" backed with "Now We're One", and "Take Your Time", the B-side of the single "Rave On".

Love Me is the debut single of Buddy Holly. It was released on April 16, 1956 on the Decca Label and backed by "Blue Days - Black Nights". The single was the result of Holly's first recording session at Bradley's Barn in Nashville. Due to creative differences, the song represented a more country sound than Holly liked and paired with lack of promotion, was a commercial failure. Love Me" was included, along with other songs from the Nashville recordings on the album That'll Be The Day, released in April 1958. Words of Love" (b/w "Mailman, Bring Me No More Blues"). Peggy Sue" (b/w "Everyday").
