Horrorscope is Eve 6's second studio album, recorded at NRG Recording Studios in North Hollywood, California. The album was influenced by Lit's A Place in the Sun (1999). It was released on July, 25, 2000, through RCA Records. The neologism "Horrorscope" is not actually used within the album's lyrics; though the chorus of "Sunset Strip Bitch" contains the proper word "horoscope.
Thrash Metal Overkill (USA). Song after song this album is a wrecking ball of riffs with blazing solo's ala Holt/Hunolt. Bobby Blitz delivers his very familiar high pitch screams with an AC/DC's Brian Johnson-esque vocals style that Overkill fans have loved. Bass lines seem to be another high point of this album, in songs like "Thanks for Nothing", "Horrorscope" and "Frankenstein" display the high level of the musicianship that M. erni possesses. This album is a must have for any fans of the genre and should have for any fans of Overkill.
