Circles and Satellites" proves to be an incredible sophomore effort! If you are looking for a laid back, good ol' rock and roll album like their debut release, do not expect much. However, if you are interested in the growth of the band and the maturity of conceptual music that can be found on this release, then this is perfect for you! Don't get me wrong. This album is still fun rock music. It's just not in the same style. With this release, the band moves on past the good ol' boys image to more established musicians

CIRCLES is a Tech/Extreme Prog Metal, Progressive Rock artist from Australia. However, the album is simply flat and uninteresting. I hope that Circles takes this to heart and remembers that technical finesse is nothing without purpose and melody.
